J & J Watch Repair Inc offers a 30 day return of your purchase. If you have the original packaging, invoice and the watch was never worn we will refund the cost of the watch paid. Customer is responsible for shipping fees back to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Every watch we sell is personally inspected and tested by our highly trained and experienced watch makers to ensure that it is in perfect working order and free of any defects.
Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge a restocking fee, but we do deduct the actual shipping charges that we paid from the refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How to return or exchange an item:
. In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.To request an RMA number please call us at 1(631)425-6309 or 1(800)532-2111. An RMA number does not guarantee final disposition, and all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
. Place the original package into a shipping carton.
. Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
. The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.
. You must ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
