J & J Watch Repair offers a 1 year warranty on all watches that have a full service of the movement.
Starting from the original date of repair, we are not responsible for cases, crystals, stems, or crowns.
J & J Watch Repair reserves the right to void a warranty due to water damage, misuse, or neglect of said time piece.
We will not be liable for damages or loss due to improper shipping, or mislabeled packages.
It is a client’s responsibility to track and confirm delivery of packages sent to us.
J & J Watch Repair gives an estimated time frame for completion, depending if parts are needed.
We can not guarantee manufacturers stock and shipping dates. When parts are ordered we have no control over the length of time it takes to receive said parts.
Once parts are ordered if client cancels order- said parts do have to be paid for, since they are custom ordered and can not be returned.
Client is responsible for shipping fees when sending the watch to us; J & J watch repair will cover return shipping fees. All returns must have a copy of original invoice, and an explanation of current problem related to repair issue. A fee will be billed to clients for misinformation, or if incorrect address is supplied to us and package can not be delivered.
J & J Watch Repair will provide an estimate at no cost of your time piece at our shop and contact you.
If client refuses estimate and wants watch returned, client is responsible for shipping fees. Since we do not charge for estimates we can not cover shipping cost.
We accept Mastercard , Visa, American Express and Discover Card upon completion of repair.
