J&J Watch Repair provides a warranty of 1 year on all watches that undergo a full movement service. This warranty becomes effective from the original repair date. Please note that we do not assume responsibility for cases, crystals, stems, or crowns.
We reserve the right to void a warranty in the event of water damage, misuse, or neglect of the watch. We shall not be held liable for damages or loss resulting from improper shipping or mislabeled packages. Clients are urged to track and confirm the package deliveries sent to us.
We provide an estimated timeframe for completion, depending on the availability of parts. However, we cannot guarantee manufacturer stock or shipping dates. Once parts are ordered, clients are obligated to cover the associated costs if orders are canceled, as these parts are custom-ordered and non-returnable.
Clients are responsible for shipping fees when sending watches to us, while J & J Watch Repair covers return shipping fees. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and an explanation of the repair issue. A fee will be billed for misinformation or incorrect address details that result in undeliverable packages.
We offer complimentary estimates for your watch at our shop and will contact you accordingly. If a client declines the estimate and requests the return of their watch, they are responsible for shipping fees. As estimates are provided free of charge, we cannot cover shipping costs.
Upon completion of the repair, we accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card.
Please check that your return address, full name, and contact information are clearly included inside all packages.
